Designed with Purpose

When design and functionality work in harmony, even supporting spaces take center stage.
Pops of color add vibrancy and interest to a butler’s pantry in Wisconsin and a dining room in Florida, each outfitted with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances for ease of entertaining and indulging in the pleasures of home cooking.

GREEN WITH ENVY
From Stone House Collective, a design firm based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, this butler’s pantry is saturated with color, featuring handmade tile from England and deep green cabinetry that adds depth, personality, and much-needed storage. Included in the space is a Wolf 30" Professional Speed Oven and a Sub-Zero 24" Designer Freezer Column.
“The result is a layered, hardworking space that balances timeless craftsmanship with thoughtful everyday living,” says Anna Franklin, founder and creative visionary behind Stone House Collective.

DINING IN STYLE
This condo went from blank slate to bold choices,” says Renée Gaddis, principal of Renée Gaddis Interiors of Naples, Florida. Her clients, from Los Angeles, were inspired by the bright, vibrant colors at the Faena Hotel in Miami Beach.
“They were going for a California cool-meets-art-deco look, with sleek mid-century modern pieces sourced from the client’s friend and dealer, Ulysses de Santi,” she adds. Reeded pocket doors expose the dining room’s bar, complete with Sub-Zero Refrigerator Drawers and Sub-Zero Undercounter Wine Storage.
